Sharpshooters II, III and IV will be uploaded at a later date, but I am staggering my uploads once a week, so I have a bit of a backlog and I really want to get this one out there, as I think it might just be the best puzzle I've set so far.

Speaking of, this puzzle was originally set for a speed setting contest on the Cracking the Cryptic Discord server, though my submission there contained a logical leap that has since been resolved.

RULES:

Default sudoku rules apply: No digit may be repeated in a row, column or box.

Killer sudoku rules apply: In cages, digits must sum up to the total in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat within a cage.

Arrow sudoku rules apply: On an arrow, digits must sum to the total in the circle of the arrow. Digits may repeat along an arrow if permitted by other rules.
