Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains each number from 1 to 9 exactly once.
Killer Sudoku rules apply. The sum of all numbers in a cage (marked with dashed lines) must match the small number printed in its corner. No number appears more than once in a cage.
The black dots represent a 1:2 ratio, the white dots represent a difference of 1 between two neighbouring cells. NOT all possible black and white dots are indicated; a.k.a. no negative constraint.
