Irregular Differences

Irregular Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 9-cell region contains each number from 1 to 9 exactly once.
The white dots represent a difference of 1, the black dots represent a 2:1 ratio between two cells. Not all possible white and black dots are indicated, a.k.a. no negative constraint.
The puzzle is also available online.
