I am hopeful that you will use a lot of different colours to solve most or all of the grid. I would like to be sensitive to those with colour blindess. If you do have colour blindness and attempt my puzzle, please let me know if the following suggestions are helpful or if there is a way for me to improve your experience.

For those with red-green colour blindness, I recommend using red and yellow for 1/8 pairs, blue and purple for 2/4 pairs, white and gray/black for 3/6 pairs and the light yellow, light blue and light purple for 579.

For those with blue-yellow colour blindness I recommend using a combination of white, gray and black. The entire grid is organized into 1/8 pairs, 2/4 pairs, 36 pairs and 579 triples. You could separate each pair into whites and blacks and use gray for the 579 triples.
