Arrow killer sudoku

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Killer cages: In cages, digits sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat in a cage.
Arrows: In arrows, digits sum to the number in the circle. Digits can repeat in a arrow's path if allowed by the other rules.
Diagonal: In the indicated diagonal, digits cannot repeat.
Lösungscode: Column 5 and Row 5
