Sandwich rules: Digits placed between the 1 and the 9 must sum to the number given for the column or row.
Arrow rules: Digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the arrow's circle.
Cells that are a chess knight's move apart must not contain the same digit.
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
