This is a new variant, so just introduce a simple rule set.

1. Apply the classic Sudoku rules.
2. The relationship between the number of the circled grid and its surrounding neighbors: the upper neighbor is greater than it; the lower neighbor is less than it; the neighbor on the left is an odd number; the neighbor on the right is an even number. At the same time, the circled number（two digits read from left to right）represents the product of it and one of the neighbor numbers.Absent cells are not considered.
