Weighted (KEY)lers Sudoku

This puzzle was inspired by Prasanna Seshadri's Weighted Killer found in his Wordpress blog.
Rules:
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply.
2. The number given at the top left of each cage is the sum of all digits in white cells plus double of the sum of all digits in gray cells inside that cage.
3. No repeated digits in the cage.
4. There are 'greater than' and 'less than' signs.
The cell with the open end of the sign should be greater than the cell with the closed end of the sign.

Although the inequality signs are rather selfexplanatory, you might want to mention them in the ruleset. Anyway, thanks for some good time with fine logic!
