Median Sudoku
This is a new variant of Sudoku,Invented by 米艳明（Mi Yanming）.
Standard Sudoku rules apply.
Digits outside the grid have to be placed in one of the first three cells of the corresponding row or column. And among the first three cells in the corresponding direction, one number is greater than it, and another number is less than it.
