Normal Sudoku rules apply
All cages are a prime or sum to a prime. All single digit prime numbers are within a cage.
3's have exactly 3 orthogonally adjacent neighbors with which they'd sum to a prime if the 3 and the neighbor would be summed together.
5's and 7's don't want to be orthogonally adjacent to 3's, they're just odd that way. Rumor has it that they're jealous of 3 being the first odd prime.

Very enjoyable puzzle but I think it may be easier than 3 stars, I'm not a very experienced solver and it took me 25 minutes.
~Thanks! And you might be right. It's rather easy after getting a grasp on it

I don't understand this: "All single digit prime numbers are within a cage." Box 2 and 8 have only 4 cages. Where do 1,2,3,5,7 go there?
@fuxia 1 is not a prime
