You really should add "each area contains two black squares". Both janko.at and the Nikoli rules mention that, but you skipped that part.
The only reason people could solve this puzzle is because Norinori is a well known Nikoli standard.

I personally feel that "Place blocks in twos in consecutive black squares.Each area surrounded by bold lines must contain two black squares" is no different from the description in the main text. One is the rule description of the Nikoli website, and the other is the rule description of the Janko website.
