Magic Squared Killer Sudoku

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. (Place each number from 1 to 9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box.)
In addition, normal killer sudoku rules apply.
(There are 'cages' (each different coloured region) in the grid.
In each cage there is a small number in the corner. The sum of all the digits in a cage equals the number.
Digits cannot repeat themselves inside the cage.)
(The colors [red, orange, yellow, green, and blue] are only for visual aid)
All 9 squares that aren't in a cage are colored gray and they form a 3x3 magic square.
(Each row, column and the two main diagonals add up to the same number. Each digit from 1-9 is used only once.)
There are also 2 inequality symbols in the grid.
c2r8 is greater than c2r7, and c8r2 is greater than c8r3.
