Lösungscode: Die Diagonale von links oben nach rechts unten, dann die Diagonale von rechts oben nach links unten und geben Sie schließlich die Anzahl der diagonalen Pfeile für oben, rechts, unten und links an.

Dmitry is right. I've also checked if there is a change in the puzzle's solution code from edit puzzle section but it was same. There might be some other problem..

Nice puzzle, but arrows are definitely not my favourite. I like their logic, but still found no good notation.

Aber diese Arrows sind dermaßen fehleranfällig, dass es echt Konzentration erfordert.

Just to be sure: The first sentence refers only to the existing numbers, not the numbers in the grey cells. Is that right?
@Dandelo: The first sentence is valid for every number inside the grid. Every arrow drawn must point to at least one number inside the grid. For example you can't place diagonally left arrow inside the first cell at top. I hope I understood your question correctly.

I understood it that way, that an arrow may not point to an empty diagonal (with only empty cells). Take the third from the top on the left. It may not point SE, since there is no number. But there is a grey cell, that has to be filled by a number. The question is, if this arrow is possible.
@Dandelo: After you place the arrows correctly every cell inside the grid will be filled with a number which shows the number of arrows that point that cell. So the numbers inside the grid may be between 0 and 8. So the arrow for the third from the top on the left may point SE also. In classical arrows puzzles all the clues inside the grid are given. But in this variant some clues are cleared and others are left. I hope it's more clear now..
Yes, it's clear, thx. But I still think that you should write "... and write numbers in the empty inner cells ..." or something like this.
