I "stole" this idea from CHalb & rimodech, but it's actually different :)
Normal skyscrapers puzzle. But the blue cells are also hints for the "smaller" 4x4 skyscrapers puzzle (that can also contain any digit 1 to 7). External hints are also valid for the smaller puzzle if they are colored in blue, even if they are not given.
Lösungscode: Row 3 and column 3

-> In den blauen Außenfeldern stehen unbekannte Zahlen, die gleichermaßen für das gesamte Hochhausrätsel, als auch für das innere Hochhausrätsel gelten.

What is the intention of the dashed blue outside hints?
Whatever meaning they have, I did not need them for solving the puzzle.

I really like this variant. I thought about such variations some time ago, but somehow didn't come to anything senseful. So I'm happy, that you showed it to us.
